The Kauffman group has been amazing. My agent, Rachel Brown has been by my side through three sales over the last year and a half. I received her number a year and a half ago. Up until that point I had spoken with three other realtors from three different groups. They all seemed to not want to be bothered with the single mom on a budget. I felt discouraged and defeated until I reached out to Rachel. I told her that I had a budget, it wasn’t going to be an easy find because I was looking on the Islands. But promised her, the situation might be difficult but I would not be. She is friendly, compassionate and empathetic and professional. She treated me with respect and put me at ease when others turned away. We set up a search, talked about the properties I was looking at and later that day Topher Kauffman called to make sure I was happy and assured me that they would be working for me. That they did; 4 days later we were under contract, within my budget and on the Island. She won my loyalty, business and friendship through that transaction. We have since worked two more properties, with the most recent being our dream of the water front property, won through a multiple bid situation. I can’t say enough, the team is amazing.
